Rural Esteem is a social enterprise that provides early advocacy and navigation support for rural landholders and communities.
Our role is to help people:

We operate with clear ethical boundaries and do not provide professional advice or crisis services.
2. Scope of Services
Rural Esteem provides:

advocacy and navigation conversations

option and pathway discussions (high-level only)

referrals to external services (with consent)
-
agreed follow-up and support navigation
Rural Esteem does not:

provide counselling, therapy, or mental health treatment
-
provide legal, financial, planning, or medical advice
-
act as a crisis or emergency service
-
make decisions on behalf of individuals
-
pressure outcomes or transactions
All decisions remain the responsibility of the individual.
3. No Professional Advice
Information shared by Rural Esteem is:

general in nature
-
for awareness and navigation purposes only
Nothing provided by Rural Esteem should be relied upon as:

legal advice
-
financial advice
-
mental health advice
-
planning or regulatory advice
Where specialist advice is required, we will encourage referral to qualified professionals.
4. Voluntary Engagement
Engagement with Rural Esteem is:

Ending engagement does not affect your right to respectful treatment.

Rural Esteem is not responsible for the actions, advice, or outcomes of external providers.

By engaging with Rural Esteem, you acknowledge that:

information may be de-identified for reporting where required

confidentiality may be limited in circumstances required by law or where there is immediate risk of serious harm
